How should I store my Chef Preserve products once they arrive?
Unopened jars should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, please keep them refrigerated and consume within 4 to 6 weeks for optimal freshness.
Do you use any artificial preservatives or additives?
No. At Chef Preserve, we believe in natural quality. Our products are made using traditional preservation methods with only fresh produce, natural sugars, and citrus—no artificial colors, flavors, or high-fructose corn syrup.
How do you ensure glass jars don't break during shipping?
We use custom-designed, eco-friendly protective packaging specifically built to withstand the rigors of transit. In the rare event that a jar arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo for a full replacement.
Are your products vegan and gluten-free?
The majority of our preserves are naturally vegan and gluten-free. We list all ingredients clearly on each product page and label. Please check individual descriptions for specific dietary information.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with the quality or your order is incorrect, please reach out to our support team for a resolution.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring Chef Preserve to more international gourmet enthusiasts in the near future.
